Our guiding principles in occupational psychology

Consistency between primary and secondary information

Use of statistical data, previously developed development concepts and programs as secondary information

Comprehensive consultation

Coordinating the interests and ideas of stakeholders (organizations and individuals) is an important principle in our work.

Practice-oriented approach

Theoretical adequacy and practical applicability are taken into account simultaneously in our activities.
