Scope and acceptance of the GTC:
In addition to the relevant legislation, the content of the contract to be concluded is also governed by our General Terms and Conditions. Within this framework, we summarize the rights and obligations of you and us, the terms and conditions of the contract, the terms of payment and delivery, the deadlines, the rules relating to liability, and the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.
By placing your order, you accept our General Terms and Conditions, which apply to the contract to be concluded.
Language and form of the contract:
The language of the contract is English. The contract is concluded upon placing the order and accepting our General Terms and Conditions.
Prices:
Prices are quoted in Hungarian forints. Our company is exempt from VAT, therefore our prices do not include VAT and are gross prices. We reserve the right to change prices.
Complaint handling and legal enforcement options:

The Consumer may primarily submit complaints to our Company in writing, but in certain cases also verbally. Complaints may relate to the behavior, work, or possible negligence of a person acting on behalf of our Company, which is directly related to the distribution or sale of the service.
Our company will immediately investigate any verbal complaints and resolve them where possible. If the Consumer does not agree with the handling of the complaint or if it is not possible to investigate the complaint immediately, our Company will record the complaint and its position on it in a report, a copy of which will be sent to the Consumer (or handed over on the spot if the Consumer is present in person). In the case of complaints received by e-mail, it will be sent to the Consumer together with the response within 30 days. Our company will respond to written complaints in writing within 30 days of receipt. If the complaint is rejected, our company is obliged to justify its position. Our company is obliged to assign a unique identification number to the complaint – in the case of verbal complaints made by telephone or other electronic means of communication.
The complaint report must include:
- Where, how, and when to submit a complaint
- Consumer’s name, address, contact details
- Detailed description of the consumer complaint, as well as a list of documents, records, and evidence
- Our company’s statement on its position regarding consumer complaints, if immediate investigation is possible
- Place and time of recording the minutes
- Signatures of the person recording the minutes and the Consumer – the latter in the event that the verbal complaint is made in person
- The unique identification number of the complaint – in the case of a verbal complaint made by telephone or other electronic means of communication

If the dispute between our Company and the Consumer cannot be settled through negotiations, the Consumer may exercise further legal remedies:
Consumer Protection Authority proceedings:
In the event of a violation of consumer rights, the Consumer is entitled to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority competent for their place of residence.
The authority shall decide on the conduct of consumer protection proceedings after assessing the complaint. The first-instance official tasks are performed by the district offices. Their contact details are as follows: https://kormanyhivatalok.hu/
Legal proceedings:
Within the framework of civil proceedings, the Consumer is entitled to enforce their claim arising from the legal dispute before the court in accordance with the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CXXX of 2016 on Civil Procedure.
Conciliation Board proceedings:
You are entitled to refer the matter to the Conciliation Board competent for your place of residence/stay if we reject your consumer complaint. The condition for initiating the procedure is that you attempt to settle the dispute directly with our Company. Our Company is obliged to cooperate in the Conciliation Board proceedings. On this basis, our Company is obliged to send a response to the Conciliation Board’s request, to appear at the hearing before the Conciliation Board, and to ensure the participation of a person authorized to reach an agreement.
If our company’s registered office/premises are located outside the county of the chamber operating the regionally competent Conciliation Board, our company’s obligation to cooperate extends to offering the possibility of concluding a written agreement in accordance with the consumer’s request.
If we fail to comply with our above obligation to cooperate, the matter will be referred to the Consumer Protection Authority, which has the power to impose mandatory fines on companies for unlawful conduct, and this cannot be waived. The amount of the fine is between HUF 15,000 and HUF 500,000 for small and medium-sized enterprises, and for large companies with annual net sales of over HUF 100 million, it can range from HUF 15,000 to 5% of the company’s annual net sales, up to a maximum of HUF 500 million.
The Consumer may request the initiation of proceedings before the Conciliation Board. The request must be submitted in writing (by letter, fax, telegram, or electronically via the Conciliation Board’s website) to the chair of the Conciliation Board.
The application must contain:
- Consumer’s name, place of residence/stay, contact details
- Name and registered office/place of business of the company involved in the consumer dispute
- The consumer’s position and the related evidence and facts
- Consumer’s statement that he/she attempted to resolve the dispute directly with the business concerned
- The consumer’s statement that he/she has not initiated any other conciliation proceedings in the matter, has not initiated any mediation proceedings, has not filed a statement of claim, and has not submitted a request for the issuance of a payment order.
- Motion for a decision by the body
- Consumer’s signature
- If the Consumer has requested the jurisdiction of a body other than the competent Conciliation Body, please indicate which body.
It is essential to attach to the application the document or a copy thereof to which the Consumer refers as evidence (the company’s written statement rejecting the complaint; if this is not available, then the written evidence in the Consumer’s possession of the attempt at reconciliation).
If an authorized representative is acting on behalf of the Consumer in the complaint, the power of attorney issued by the Consumer must be attached to the application.

Partial invalidity and code of conduct:
In the event that any provision of our General Terms and Conditions is legally incomplete or invalid, the provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to that part. The rest of the contract shall remain valid.
Our company does not have a code of conduct in accordance with the law prohibiting unfair commercial practices against consumers.
Technical protection measures and digital content operation:
The servers that provide the data appearing on our website have an availability of over 99.9% per year. We continuously back up the entire data content at regular intervals so that the original data can be restored in case of any problems. The data appearing on our website is stored in MySQL and MSSQL databases. Due to the sensitive nature of this data, we store it with appropriate encryption strength and use hardware support for its encoding.

Our website provides information about the services offered for sale on the description page of the given service.
Correction of data entry errors and responsibility for the accuracy of data:
During the ordering process, you have the opportunity to modify or correct the information you have provided before confirming your order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We will issue the invoice based on this information. By placing your order, you acknowledge that our company is entitled to pass on to you any damages or costs resulting from incorrect information provided by you. Our company excludes liability for performance due to incorrect data entry. If the confirmation cannot be delivered due to an incorrect email address or a full mailbox, this may prevent the contract from being fulfilled.
Procedure in case of incorrect price:
Despite all due care, our company excludes liability for prices that are clearly incorrect due to IT system errors.
The following are considered clearly incorrect prices:
- 0 Ft
- Incorrectly displayed discount (e.g., original price of product: 3,000 HUF, discount: 20%, discounted price: 500 HUF, when in fact the correct price should be 2,400 HUF)
If an incorrect price has been displayed, our company will inform you of the situation and offer you the opportunity to purchase the service at the correct price, so you can either order the service at the correct price or cancel the purchase without any consequences.
Using our website:
Our website provides users with a presentation of our services (with images, descriptions, and prices) and the option to order online. You can browse our website using the menu system. The services are organized by category. By clicking on the name of a category, you can find a detailed description of the service and its contents. For our promotional products, the start and end dates of the promotion and the amount of the discount are indicated.
If you would like to purchase a service, you can do so by clicking on the “Purchase” button. If you are not yet registered, you can place your order by creating a registration.
When registering, you will need to provide the following information: name, address, billing address, email address, phone number, and password. We will send you an email confirming your successful registration.
The security of login details is the responsibility of the User, who is responsible for updating their details and is obliged to notify our Company if their details have been misused by a third party. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password” and we will send a link to the User’s registered email address, which can be clicked on to create a new password.
During the ordering process, the User must select their preferred payment method. Immediately before confirming the order, the User can check the accuracy of the data, the services to be ordered, and their quantities on the Order Summary page. If you want to correct the data, you can still do so here.
Finalizing your order:
If everything is correct, click on the “Submit order” button to finalize your order, which will be confirmed on our website and by email. If you notice that you have entered incorrect information in the confirmation email, please notify us immediately, within 24 hours.
The information on our website does not constitute an offer to enter into a contract on the part of our company. You are the offeror.
By clicking on the “Submit Order” button, you acknowledge that your offer has been made and that your statement is binding. If we do not confirm your offer within 48 hours in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, you are released from your offer.
Order processing and conclusion of contract:
You can place your order on our website at any time. You will receive an automatic confirmation of your order, which means that your order has been received, but this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer. If you do not receive an automatic confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us, as there may be a technical problem and your order may not have been received by our system.
In this case, our company will confirm your offer in a second email, at which point the contract will be concluded.
Payment methods:
Online credit card payments are processed through the Barion system. Credit card details are not disclosed to the merchant. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is an institution supervised by the Hungarian National Bank, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.
In the case of bank transfers, payments are processed through the PayPal payment system.
Once your transfer has been received, we will send the service you have ordered to the email address you have provided.
Deadline for completion:
The deadline for fulfillment is immediately after successful payment.
Legal disclaimer and reservation:
Our company may withhold the provision of the service until we are satisfied that the purchase price for the service has been successfully paid in the case of online payment. If the price of the service has not been paid in full, our company will notify the Consumer to supplement the purchase price.
Foreign sales:
Our company primarily provides delivery/receipt of ordered products within Hungary.
Purchases outside Hungary are also governed by our General Terms and Conditions. In this case, a consumer is an adult citizen of a Member State or a natural person residing there, acting outside the scope of their economic activity or profession. An entrepreneur is a person who is established in a Member State, purchases products or uses services within the European Union, and acts within the scope of their economic activity or profession.
The primary language of communication and purchase is Hungarian. Our company is not obliged to communicate in the language of the Consumer’s Member State.
Our company is not obliged to comply with any non-contractual requirements specified in the national law of the Member State of foreign Consumers/Businesses in relation to the product concerned.
Foreign Consumers/Businesses may exercise their legal remedies in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
In the case of online payment, payment shall be made in the currency specified by our Company. Our Company may withhold the provision of the service until it is satisfied that the purchase price has been successfully paid.
If the purchase price has not been paid in full, our Company shall notify the Consumer/Business to supplement the purchase price.
